The purpose of the journal is to provide an opportunity for scientists, teachers, practitioners, researchers to publish the results of their research on the problems and prospects of the development of law science and law enforcement practice; to draw attention to the problems of the formation and improvement of legislation in Uzbekistan, to bring to the general public the essence and significance of large-scale reforms, along with this develop the socio-political activity of the population, fostering a sense of ownership in ongoing progressive reforms, systematic and targeted propaganda and agitation for the active participation of citizens in state and public administration, to inform the world and native scientific community about the results of scientific achievements in the field of modern law science.
