Abstract

In recent years, in the field of international arbitration, such as appointing arbitrators, conducting legal research, developing and editing written applications of the parties, translating documents, organizing cases and document management, estimating costs, organizing hearings of the parties, as well as developing model forms of arbitration decisions. Impact evaluated that artificial intelligence technologies are widely used in the implementation of large-scale tasks. It was found that all these procedural processes, in which artificial intelligence technologies are involved, undoubtedly reduce time and material resources. At the same time, another theory is being put forward, which is very relevant and debatable today. During the research, the issue of making arbitration decisions through artificial intelligence was found to be important. This research paper examines the positions of a number of foreign authors on the problems and prospects of using artificial intelligence in international arbitration practice. Common to the views installed in the case is that the parties have previously identified the use of artificial intelligence technologies for data processing as part of their research in developing their positions, as well as relying on arbitrators as a decision aid.
