Аннотация
В данной статье проводится углублённый анализ роли и значения правил Incoterms (Международные торговые термины) в системе международного частного права. Правила Incoterms служат важным инструментом в международных торговых контрактах для определения обязанностей сторон, распределения расходов и перехода рисков. В статье рассматривается историческое развитие Incoterms, их последняя редакция 2020 года, практика применения, а также юридическая сила в различных юрисдикциях. Особое внимание уделено их значению и использованию в правовой системе Узбекистана. Хотя Incoterms не являются обязательным нормативно-правовым актом, при их прямом указании в контракте они приобретают юридическую силу, обеспечивая правовую определенность и стабильность в международной торговле. Также в статье рассматриваются современные проблемы международного торгового права — протекционизм, электронная коммерция, реформы ВТО — с правовой точки зрения.
