Аннотация
В данной статье автор рассматривает понятие насилия над детьми, его видах, с каких пор началась работа по защите прав и свобод детей. Кроме того, в хронологическом порядке анализируются принятые международно-правовые акты по ограничению насилия в отношении детей. Также исследованы теории ученых и активистов, внесших вклад в борьбу с насилием над детьми. Кроме того, обсуждены механизмы защиты детей от насилия в Республике Узбекистан.
