The primary objective of the article is to analyze the legal basis for introducing digital technologies in the judicial system, existing practical challenges and their solutions, and to formulate evidence-based recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of justice. This article encompasses the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of implementing digital technologies in the judicial system and offers scientific and practical recommendations that serve to enhance the quality of justice in Uzbekistan and ensure transparency and efficiency in court proceedings.
